Marvel Rivals second half of season 1 will start from February 21, 2025, at 8:00 (UTC+0). Two new characters: The Thing and Human Torch will be joining the roster.

However, the fan’s reaction to this mid-season rank reset was not what they would have expected. No one liked this decision and everyone complained about how hard it is to climb the ranks in Marvel Rivals.
Seeing so many complaints and protests, the developers announced that there would be no rank reset for the mid-season. The decision arrived very quickly and all those who were complaining about the rank reset instantly thanked the developers who are listening to their community to make the game better.
Right now, everyone is hyped for The Think and Human Torch which will refresh the gameplay and fun among the fans & gamers. Fans are also expecting to see some mid-season balance updates as no one is enjoying the three-support meta.
Fans can expect to see the official trailer of The Thing and Human Torch and their official gameplay in the upcoming weeks. We can also expect a new map for the second half of the season as well.
