Ninja Gaiden Ragebound is developed by Game Kitchen and published by Dotemu, Joystick. This is an old classic 2D side-scrolling type of game with pixel graphics, keeping the classic lore and gameplay of the Ninja Gaiden series by Tecmo (now KOEI TECMO GAMES).

Here is the synopsis of the game from Dotemu:

To stand against a new threat, Kenji Mozu, a young ninja from the Hayabusa Village, rises to the challenge! Trained by Ryu, he fights fiercely but soon finds himself in desperate straits. Forced to tap into forbidden power, Kenji sets aside centuries of animosity and forms an alliance with Kumori, a member of the sinister Black Spider Clan, convinced that combining their souls and skills is the only way to protect the world out of the Demon Lord’s grasp!

The game won’t be that easy and will pose challenges for the players, just like the core Ninja Gaiden series.

Meanwhile, Ninja Gaiden 4 is all set to release on October 21, 2025, on Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC.
