Phantom Blade Zero new trailer reveals IP Man 'Donnie Yen', pre-orders & more gameplay details

S-Game has finally opened pre-orders for their upcoming action RPG game, Phantom Blade Zero, which is all set to launch on October 29, 2026.
In the new announcement, the developers revealed a full 11-minute gameplay trailer that was packed with new combat against bosses, more story details and the reveal of IP MAN, Donnie Yen. Let’s check out more details in this article.
Pre-orders & pricing for Phantom Blade Zero
The developers have announced the two editions of the game:
- Standard Edition – $59.99
- Deluxe Edition – $69.99
Players will get extra accessories and special costumes if they pre-order any edition. These items can also be unlocked through gameplay.
The Deluxe Edition features more digital media such as two brand new outfits, a digital artbook and the official digital soundtrack.
The pre-orders are live right now on PlayStation Store and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
Donnie Yen joins the development team
There is no doubt that the IP Man, Donnie Yen, was the biggest surprise reveal of the new trailer. The developers have also announced that Donnie has served as a Creative Consultant on the game since 2023.
He has helped them to bring out the authentic martial arts choreography. In addition, Donnie has also provided facial capture and motion capture performances for Mo Yuan, who is one of the key characters of Phantom Blade Zero.

PlayStation State of Play
At the end of the video, S-Game revealed another surprise for the fans, which is a dedicated PlayStation State of Play that is scheduled for August 17, 2026.
More exclusive gameplay of the game will be revealed during the State of Play and there are also rumors that we might get a public demo of the game.
