Players and aspiring ghost hunters, Kinetic Games is now finally releasing the Grafton Farmhouse rework for Phasmophobia on August 12, 2025.

This new update is going to launch on August 12, 2025, at 10 a.m. UTC/ 2 p.m./ 3 a.m. PST / 6 a.m. EDT / 11 a.m. BST to 9 a.m. PDT / 12 p.m. EDT / 3 p.m. BST.

What to expect?

Since the game launch for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S last year, Kinetic Games has been releasing updates at a very steady pace.

The latest Cursed Hollow Easter event, Bleasdale Farmhouse Rework, and Chronicle update have kept the horrors fresh, with new tools like the Sound Recorder and updated CCTV taking the spotlight.

Grafton Farmhouse has joined the renovation party, following in Bleasdale’s footsteps. This time, the farmhouse is getting a very spooky makeover.

There will be faulty electrics, caved-in ceilings, and dust-layered rooms like an eerie attic and a harrowing seamstress space.

A very good setup for an eerie and gothic environment to make your ghost hunting adventure scarier and difficult.

Beyond Grafton, the roadmap suggests other treats: 6 Tanglewood Drive is next in line for a revamp, and Nell’s Diner, a nostalgic 50s-themed map, is on the way. Twitch Drops are also in play, with goodies such as the Reaper ID card and badge up for grabs.

Also, Phasmophobia Halloween and Christmas events are on the way, along with a player character overhaul.
