PlayStation Plus game catalog May 2025: Sand Land, Battlefield V & more

New games will be added on May 20!

Sony has officially revealed the PlayStation Plus game catalog lineup for May 2025. This time, 10 games will be added starting from May 20, 2025, for Extra and Premium subscribers.

Sand Land and Battlefield V lead the list, which also includes a day-one release, S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Legends of the Zone Trilogy, and a Premium-exclusive title.

PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium Game Catalog

The following titles will be added on May 20, 2025, for both Extra and Premium subscribers:

• Sand Land (PS4, PS5): An action RPG based on Akira Toriyama’s manga that follows Beelzebub’s journey across a vivid desert environment. According to Bandai Namco’s Q1 report, it stands out with a Metacritic score of 75 and 500,000 sales since April 2024.
• Battlefield V (PS4) is a WWII shooter featuring enormous multiplayer that prepares players for Battlefield 6’s 2025 reveal. According to EA, it has 20 million lifetime players and is a must-play.
• S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Legends of the Zone Trilogy (PS4, PS5). A day-one release that includes Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Pripyat. This cult-classic FPS series, which has 1 million Steam gamers, features survival horror in a radioactive wasteland.
• Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition (PS4 and PS5) A VR-enhanced horror collection ideal for those anticipating the FNAF 2 film in December 2025.
• Soul Hackers 2 (PS5): Atlus’ cyberpunk JRPG, which combines Persona-style combat and demon fusion, sold 400,000 units according to Sega’s 2024 report.
• Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising (PS4, PS5) is a 2.5D fighter with 300,000 players, according to Cygames, and features rollback netcode and new characters.
• Humankind (PS4, PS5): According to Amplitude Studios, this 4X strategy game rivals Civilization and has 1.5 million players.
• Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life (PS4, PS5): A pleasant agricultural simulator remake that sold 150,000 units, according to Marvelous Inc.

PlayStation Plus game catalog May 2025 lineup looks impressive, but still nothing catches my eye.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Legends of the Zone Trilogy, Sand Land 2, Battlefield V and Soul Hackers 2 might be the only good ones in which I might be interested.
