The horror fans and gamers are pretty excited for the new Resident Evil Requiem showcase, which was recently announced by Capcom. This will be happening on January 15, 2026, at 2 PM PT (10 PM GMT).

This will be a long 12-minute broadcast and will be available to watch on YouTube and Twitch on Capcom’s channel. All the spotlights will be on FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft and icon Leon S. Kennedy. Let’s check out more details in this article.

Resident Evil Requiem showcase: Teaser breakdown

It has been officially announced that we will be getting a 12-minute showcase on January 15, 2026. In the teaser, we can see a glimpse of Grace, who is holding a pistol and then shooting at zombie monsters.

On the other hand, we see Leon fighting and dodging against the monster who is using a chainsaw and parrying with a signature tomahawk. Pure Resident Evil 4 remake gameplay vibes here.

What to expect from the showcase?

In the teaser, we can also see the game director, Koshi Nakanishi. We can expect to learn more about the game direction, story, and how Leon and Grace’s roles will have an impact on the game.

We can also see some extended gameplay for both Grace and Leon as well. Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT for traversal (Capcom-Porsche collab confirmed).

This showcase has now hyped up the fans a lot. We are also pretty sure that this will be the last showcase before the game releases next month, February 27, 2026, on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Switch 2.
