According to the lawsuit, Sony’s dealings with the PlayStation Store have effectively deprived its competitors of fair competition by limiting consumers’ choice over the price of certain digital games.

- You were a U.S. resident when you made the purchase from PlayStation Store.
- You have bought one or more eligible digital games from PlayStation Store between April 1, 2019, and December 31, 2023.
- The purchased title meets the settlement’s eligibility requirements related to Game Specific Vouchers (GSVs) and pricing.

How to receive your Sony PlayStation refund?
If you are an eligible user, you don’t need to submit a claim form. The court has a deadline for opting out of the settlement; if you are found to be a member of the settlement class and you did not opt out of the settlement before the court’s deadline, then you will be included in the settlement class if the court approves the settlement.
Where will you get the refund? It will be credited directly to your Sony PlayStation Network wallet (PSN).
Who qualifies for the Sony PlayStation lawsuit refund?
U.S. residents who purchased eligible digital PlayStation Store games between April 1, 2019, and December 31, 2023, and meet the settlement requirements.
Do I need to file a claim?
For most eligible users, no. If you remained part of the settlement class and did not opt out before the deadline, compensation is expected to be processed automatically.
