Respawn is working on Star Wars Jedi 3
Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier recently responded to some fan discussion, where he revealed that Jedi 3 is in deep development and it can be revealed much sooner than expected.
Apparently, this game was first confirmed back in 2023 by the actor Cameron Monaghan, who plays the role of Cal Kestis.
Since then we haven’t heard anything from Respawn, further fueling the speculation, rumors and discussion among the fans.
If the reports are true, then we might finally see the first official look at the game by the end of 2026. Our best bet is the official reveal at The Game Awards 2026.
No Star Wars Battlefront 3 yet!
Despite many rumors and speculations, Jason Schreier has commented that the studio is not working on Battlefront 3 as of now.
The studio’s primary focus is on Jedi 3. The news could be a crushing blow to the fans hoping the multiplayer shooter will come back, but it shows that EA believes in the Jedi brand and it has turned out to be one of the publisher’s most successful single-player IP series.
Although for now, EA and Respawn have yet to comment or announce anything, fans are now eagerly waiting for the official announcement. Fans can’t wait to experience another amazing journey with Cal Kestis.
