12 elite teams compete for $1 Million

One of the biggest stages has been set for the upcoming VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025. This will start from June 7 to June 22 at Toronto’s Enercare Centre, Canada.

This tournament will feature a $1 million prize pool and 12 elite teams from VCT Stage 1 Playoffs will be eyeing the prize money. Let’s check out the information on all the teams that have been qualified.

VCT China: Underdog surprises

VCT China completed Stage 1 early, with three qualifiers:

Xi Lai Gaming (XLG)

They are the 2024 Ascension champions and the top seed for VCT China. They defeated the VALORANT Champions 2024 winners EDward Gaming (2-0) and Wolves Esports.

This rookie squad even dominated Bilibili Gaming with the 3-1 Grand Final victory, showing everyone that they can’t be messed with.

Wolves Esports

They were formed in 2024 and secured the second seed after a 2-0 sweep over Titan Esports Club and Bilibili Gaming.

Their aggressive playstyle is much appreciated by the fans and they have quite high expectations in the upcoming Masters.

Bilibili Gaming (BLG)

They have been a consistent force since 2023 and were able to earn the third seed despite losing the finals to XLG. They have a pretty strong fan base and a great performance is expected from them.

Despite their loss to T1 in the Masters Bangkok Grand Final, they still secured the top seed after a 2-1 win over Evil Geniuses. They are also favourites to win VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025.

Sentinels

The two-time Masters winners (Reykjavík 2021, Madrid 2024) were able to secure the second seed with a 2-1 upset over G2, led by Sean “bang” Bezerra’s 214 ACS.

The team’s aim is to once again prove their dominance in VALORANT and fans would be able to see their rivalry with G2 in VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025 as well.

MIBR

This team made history by earning their first Master’s qualifications, driven by Erick “aspas” Santos’ 269 ACS in a 2-0 rout of KRÜ Esports.

They are the third team from the South American resurgence, who will be looking forward to putting a great performance in VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025.
