The Insider insight and leaks on Dark Souls 3 remaster
Nick Baker, famed for his dependable gaming leaks, has revealed that a remaster of Dark Souls 3 is currently in the works. Although the details were revealed as a minimum, it is expected to have an enhancement in visual fidelity and performance – addressing the current limitation of the game running at 60FPS but capped at 1080p on PS5 and Xbox Series S|X due to last-gen console optimizations.
Both Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2 have been remastered, so now is the time for the third part as well. Nick Baker has also acknowledged that this game will receive the same treatment just like the other two got for the remaster.
