Dota 2’s The International 2025, or TI 14, is gearing up in Hamburg, Germany, from September 4 to 14. This will be the 14th edition and will deliver an amazing performance between 16 teams.
These teams have been selected through direct invites, regional and open qualifiers. In this article, check out every detail that you need to know about this tournament.
When & where is The International 2025?
T1 2025, aka DOTA 2 The International 2025, is going to kick off with the group stage, “The Road to The International,” which will start from September 4 to 7, 2025.
This will be in the Swiss system format, where 16 teams will compete in the best-of-three matches, with the top three teams advancing to the playoffs.
The rest of the teams will enter a special elimination round. The remaining teams are out. The Playoffs, dubbed “The International,” will take place at the Barclays Arena from September 11 to 14, with a double elimination bracket and best-of-three matches, with the exception of the best-of-five Grand Final.
Prize Pool
The base prize pool for The International 2025 is $1.6 million. The crowdfunding is going to boost the prize pool. The previous T1 2024 final prize pool was $2,776,566.
