The fans and community are pretty hyped right now as Riot Games has finally released the schedule for the VCT 2025. There are even some changes in the new point distribution in this season.
With the start of a new year, the Valorant Champions Tour will go in full swing for the next year. Let’s check out more details in this article.
All Participating teams
The VCT 2025 will see 48 teams across four regions:
VCT Americas: 100 Thieves, Cloud9, Evil Geniuses, Leviatán, Leviatán, KRÜ Esports, LOUD, MIBR, NRG, Sentinels, G2 Esports, 2GAME Esports.
VCT EMEA: BBL Esports, FNATIC, FUT Esports, GIANTX, Karmine Corp, KOI, Natus Vincere, Team Heretics, Team Liquid, Team Vitality, Gentle Mates, Apeks.
VCT Pacific: Detonation FocusMe, DRX, Gen.G, Global Esports, Paper Rex, Rex Regum Qeon, T1, TALON, Team Secret, ZETA DIVISION, Nongshim RedForce, BOOM Esports.
VCT CN (China): All Gamers, Bilibili Gaming, EDward Gaming, FunPlus Phoenix, JD Gaming, Nova Esports, TYLOO, Titan Esports Club, Trace Esports, Wolves Esports, Dragon Ranger Gaming, XLG Esports.

Valorant Champions Tour 2025 schedule
Here is the schedule for the Valorant Champions Tour 2025:
Kickoff Tournaments
- EMEA: January 15
- China: January 11
- Americas: January 16
- Pacific: January 18
- The tournaments run from January 11 to February 7.
Masters Events
- Masters Bangkok: February 20 to March 2
- Masters Toronto: June 7 to June 22
Regular Season Stages
- Stage 1: March 22 to April 25, followed by Playoffs from May 3 to May 16.
- Stage 2: July 12 to August 15, concluding with Playoffs from August 16 to August 29.
Champions Tournament
- Champions Paris: September 12 to October 5
- Game Changers Championship: Scheduled for November 2025.
Format changes
- Extended Season: The season now lasts until October, giving athletes more time to prepare and compete.
- The new championship points system distributes points more generously:
- Kickoff: Top finishers earn points.
- Masters Events: Increasing points for higher placement.
- Regular Season Matches: One point for each win in Stages 1 and 2.
- Playoffs: Higher points for the top teams, indicating the significance of these events.
