Mark your calendars for Luna Banner, which will go live on July 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM server time and run until July 23, 2025.

Lupa is a lone 5-star character with no rerun 5-stars in the limelight, thus your odds of drawing her are clear. Here are the timings based on different regions:

Lupa Banners include three 4-star resonators with boosted drop rates:

• Sanhua (Glacio, Sword) is a versatile sub-DPS with crowd control.
• Taoqi (Havoc, Broadblade): A strong support with shielding abilities.
• Chixia (Fusion, Pistols): A fast-attacking DPS with Fusion synergy.

Lupa’s distinctive 5-star Broadblade, Wildfire Mark, appears on the Absolute Pulsation weapon banner, beside her character banner.

This boosts her critical rate and resonance liberation damage, which is a must for utilizing her maximum potential.

The weapon banner will also feature 4-star weapons: Helios Cleaver (Broadblade), Commando of Conviction (Sword), and Jinzhou Keeper (Rectifier).

Is it worth pulling?

Having thoughts about pulling Lupa in Wuthering Waves? I would say go for it because she is a sub-DPS with team-wide buffs and AoE Fusion damage.

Her kit includes Pack Hunt (up to 18% team DMG boost) and Glory (reduces enemy Fusion RES), which are great for reaction-heavy teams with characters like Changli or Brant. Lupa is an excellent choice for a Fusion-focused lineup.
