505 Games and Lenzee have recently revealed a new Wuchang Fallen Feathers lore trailer in Bilibili showcase which has hyped the game even more. This Souls-like game was first teased three years ago and now is all ready to release in 2025.

The latest video, an animated short, leads us to the mythical continent of Shu, where the story takes place in the aftermath of an ancient struggle between the Avians.

This war has created a fragmented world, with some Avians embracing humans and others seeking immortality, morphing into twisted, demonic creatures. The trailer depicts a world packed with powerful relics from this great war, laying the groundwork for an engrossing adventure.

What to Expect in Wuchang Fallen Feathers?

This seems pretty much a soul-like game similar to the Wu Long Fallen Dynasty and Nioh series. You will have different weapons and can switch in between. You have spells with four slots with different elements, so players can easily make their builds. The combat looks amazing and even the boss and monster design seems pretty amazing.

Personally, I feel this lore looks more intriguing than Wu Long Fallen Dynasty which was kind of blended and boring. Apart from this, the trailer also showed how some fans were able to test the game in a closed beta that happened in Sichuan.

Overall, I am pretty excited about this game as the Asian developers are really bringing back-to-back AAA bangers into the gaming industry. It won’t be a lie that they are really carrying the gaming industry right now. This game is scheduled to release in 2025 and will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
