WWE 2K26 MyGM changes explained: 50 week seasons, double booking, new GMs & more

Major overhaul to MyGM

2K Games and Visual Concepts have finally revealed the details about the WWE 2K26 MyGM mode. This time, the mode is getting major changes, providing players with more control and a better manager experience.

According to the most recent Ringside Report, this year’s entry expands on practically every facet of the fan-favorite game, including longer seasons, bigger budgets, new match types, and playable General Managers.

WWE 2K26 MyGM: 50-Week seasons and bigger budgets

This is one of the biggest changes this year. This time, the default season will be extended to 50 weeks. This will allow players to have more in-depth storylines, long-term building and excellent matches.

This is pretty similar to a full in-game calendar year to build rivalries, storyline and create new superstars for their show.

Wondering about the budgets? They have been reworked this time. The starting budget will be $3 million to $7 million, with $5 million serving as the default.

More money will lead to significantly bigger roster sizes – possibly as many as 35 Superstars per brand – delivering extra booking and match diversity.

There is also a new difficulty setting: Immortal difficulty. If you are a veteran GM, this is for you, as it will have more competitive AI and tighter management decisions. This will provide you with a tougher challenge.

Double-booking and Invasion promos

A new standout feature in WWE 2K26 MyGM is the ability to double-book superstars in both promos and matches during the same show.

This will open up with more creative ideas for the players, although they need to pay attention to stamina management to avoid burnout and penalties.

Promotions have also been enhanced with the addition of invasion promises. Multiplayer MyGM is now a game where the players can interfere or attack rival companies using one of their stars. Effective promotions gain you more fans, and bad performances may damage the popularity of your brand.

Expanded match types and new GMs

WWE 2K26 MyGM will have more expanded match variety. You can now book 3 Stages of Hell matches, along with 5-way, 6-way, and even 8-way matches.

This will add more chaos and strategic depth to weekly match cards and premium live events. There will also be new playable General Managers.

Legendary personality Bobby Heenan, as well as Stacy Keibler and the Anonymous Raw General Manager (2011), will return alongside Eric Bischoff, Adam Pearce, Mick Foley, and Ava.
