Davis Riley has won three professional golf tournaments, including one on the PGA Tour.

Davis Riley, born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, is an American professional golfer who has won three professional titles. He joined the Korn Ferry Tour in 2020 and won his first win at the Panama Championship in February.

Riley was a roommate with Will Zalatoris, who defeated him in the U.S. Junior Amateur final in 2014. In March 2022, Riley took a two-shot lead into the final round of the Valspar Championship before losing to Sam Burns.

He finished fourth in the Zurich Classic of New Orleans with Zalatoris and finished in fifth place at the Mexico Open. Riley has qualified for the U.S. Open twice, missing the cut in both 2015 and 2020. In April 2023, he earned his first PGA Tour title when he won the Zurich Classic of New Orleans with partner Nick Hardy.

Davis Riley’s professional wins

Davis Riley has won three professional golf tournaments, including one on the PGA Tour and two on the Korn Ferry Tour. His PGA Tour win at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans in April 2023 was a 30-under score. Despite a playoff loss at the 2022 Valspar Championship, Riley’s resilience and skill have been evident.

On the Korn Ferry Tour, he won the Panama Championship and TPC San Antonio Championship in February and July 2020, showcasing his ability to excel at different levels of professional golf. Riley’s success across tours demonstrates his potential as a rising star in the golf world.

Davis Riley at Charles Schwab Challenge 2024

Davis Riley has been a strong contender at the Charles Schwab Challenge 2024, leading after 36 holes with a 10-under 132 score. Despite challenging weather conditions, Riley’s gameplay has positioned him as leader after Round 2.

His bogey-free 64 in the second round reflects his determination to secure his first solo PGA TOUR victory. His past experiences at Colonial and strong comebacks from local favorites like Scottie Scheffler and Jordan Spieth contribute to his success.
