The Myrtle Beach Classic 2024 purse contain $4 million and 300 FedEx point

The Myrtle Beach Classic 2024, a new PGA Tour event, will be held from May 9 to 12 at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The purse of the grand tournament contains a handsome amount of $4 million and 300 FedEx points.

Dunes Golf and Beach club together have a four-year agreement for the event. They have made it public by hosting the ceremony in the first place. Myrtle Beach Classic is a full field event and from now will be the part of the PGA Tour FedEx Cup regular season.

Myrtle Beach Classic, a renowned golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., has hosted numerous tournaments, including the Schwab Cup Championship, US Women’s Open, PGA Tour Q School, PGA Professional Championship, and USGA Women’s Four-Ball. Founded in 1948, the Dual Golf and Beach Club has consistently ranked in the top 100 golf courses in the USA, including Golf Digest’s list.

The Myrtle Beach Classic 2024 will take place along the Atlantic Ocean coast in Myrtle Beach, known as the Golf Capital of the World. Jones Sr. is a founding member of the American Society of the Golf Course Architect, making this a significant achievement in the golf industry.
