Scottie Scheffler, the 2024 Masters champion and World No. 1 golfer, was briefly detained by police at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky, during the ongoing PGA Championship 2024. The incident occurred due to a traffic flow misunderstanding, resulting in Scheffler’s brief detention in handcuffs.
Despite the unexpected interruption, Scheffler started his PGA Championship campaign with a dazzling eagle, sending shockwaves through the golfing community.
Following a quick inquiry for the traffic incident, Scottie Scheffler was then discharged by the police at the Valhalla Golf Club. Scheffler’s brief imprisonment was followed by a misunderstanding about traffic closures near the golf course.

Scottie Scheffler ranked first position in the world had an outstanding round 1 at the 2024 PGA Championship as he proved to be an experienced player with great ability and temperament.
Even discouraged by the missed putts on the greens, Scheffler managed to go strong to the end, closing with 4-under 67 tied in 12th. He managed to set a PGA Championship score of 62, which was 5 shots behind leader Xander Schauffele.

Scottie Scheffler won the 2024 Masters Tournament by winning his second Masters title in the last three years. He finished the tournament 11 under par with a 4-stroke lead, collected $3 as his winnings. With the purse of 6 million, this became his fourth-highest career earnings.
Scheffler earned career earnings of over $15 million in 2024, basically affirming that he is the boss golf player and also can perform excellently in all events.
