India lost their FIH Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup 2025 semi-final clash against Germany.

In what was a memorable display of Tamil Nadu’s culture, the international teams stationed in Chennai for the FIH Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup 2025 took part in a Traditional Day at the Information and Public Relations Office, Valluvarkottam.

The Junior Men’s Hockey Teams of England, Ireland, Switzerland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Japan, Netherlands, defending champions Germany, Argentina, France, Chile, Belgium, Australia, Spain, South Africa, and India, accompanied by officials from FIH, dressed in their best traditional attires and took time out to enjoy the day, amidst their busy schedule.

The visit was a powerful moment of cultural exchange, offering athletes from across the world a rare glimpse into the heritage and community spirit that define Tamil Nadu, who are hosting the biggest-ever edition of the Junior World Cup. The FIH Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup 2025 has 24 participating nations.
