All matches of Women’s Hockey India League 2025-26 will be hosted at the Jaipal Singh Stadium in Ranchi.

The Jaipal Singh Stadium in Ranchi will host the second edition of the Women’s Hockey India League 2025-26 from December 28 to January 10. Four teams—Ranchi Royals, JSW Soorma Hockey Club, Delhi SG Pipers, and Shrachi Rarh Bengal Tigers—will compete in the second edition of the silverware.

Each team will play six matches, facing the other three teams in the group stage twice. The top two teams at the end of the league stage will meet in the summit clash of the Women’s Hockey India League 2025-26 on Saturday, January 10.

Ranchi Royals, the hosts, will face Delhi SG Pipers in the season opener, while last season’s runner-up, Soorma Hockey Club, will begin their campaign against Shrachi Rarh Bengal Tigers on Monday.

The Odisha Warriors, the Women’s HIL Season 1 champions, have pulled out of the upcoming season, citing financial issues. The Ranchi-based franchise have replaced them for the second season.

Soorma Hockey Club finished as the runner-up last season, losing 1-2 in the final. Meanwhile, Shrachi Rarh Bengal Tigers and Delhi SG Pipers finished third and fourth, respectively.
