Diamond League, World C'ships and other major events to follow post Paris Olympics 2024

Paralympics will start from 28 August 2024.

The Paris Olympics 2024 have wrapped up, with the USA leading the medal tally. They secured 40 golds, 44 silvers, and 42 bronzes. China finished second with 40 golds, 27 silvers, and 24 bronzes, while Japan came third with 20 golds, 12 silvers, and 13 bronzes. The USA edged out China for the top spot due to having more silver medals. India ended in 71st place with 1 silver and 5 bronze medals.

Now that the Olympics are over, the focus turns to upcoming world tour events across various sports. There are several important tournaments scheduled for the rest of the year. Additionally, the Paralympics will take place from August 28 to September 7, offering another opportunity for athletes to compete on the global stage.
