Indian Sports Calendar 2025: ICC Champions Trophy, Shooting World Cup, schedule and dates of major events

With 2025 being a non-Olympic year, focus will be on several World Championships and World Cups.

After mixed results in 2024, especially with the heartbreaks at Paris Olympics and several close losses, Indian fans will hope for a better 2025 season. While athletes like Manu Bhaker, Neeraj Chopra and D Gukesh stepped up and performed beyond expectations, several failed to live up to the hype. Sports like chess and shooting performed well in 2024 and will aim to maintain that consistency heading into 2025.
