The fourth week of Pro Kabaddi League 2022 will kick off with a triple header Friday.

The Pro Kabaddi League PKL season 9 is going to enter its fourth week. In the last week, Dabang Delhi lost its first game of the season while star raider Pardeep Narwal seemed to have found his golden touch. Telugu Titans though continued to struggle. In this piece, we look into five players to keep an eye on in the upcoming week.

Rohit Gulia

Rohit is a silent performer. He played a pivotal role in Patna Pirates' first win of the season when they defeated table toppers Dabang Delhi. He has consistently brought raid points and has stood up alongside Sachin to ensure Patna is always in the game as far as raiding is concerned. The Pirates were able to win one game and tie one game in the last week, in the upcoming week they would hope that Gulia adds to his tally of 55 raid points and helps them climb up the ladder.

Bharat

It's going to be a very important week for the Bengaluru Bulls. They are going to play three games in the upcoming week. They are currently third on the points table and that's mostly because of Bharat who has stepped up in the raiding department big time. He has scored 72 raid points from seven games and is third on the top raiders list. He was instrumental in the Bulls pulling off two successive comebacks in their last two games at their home.

Aslam Inamdar

Aslam was the star performer for Puneri Paltan last season. Nothing much has changed in PKL season 9. He is the leading raider for their team with 68 raid points from seven games. This is one of the reasons why Pune has won four of their seven games and is currently fourth on the points table. The franchise would hope that Aslam can continue his top form in the upcoming week so that they can challenge for a spot in the top two.

Ashu Singh

Ashu has scored 17 tackle points in the six games, which is more than handy for a cover defender. His performances have helped UP Yoddhas maintain pressure on opposition raiders. But despite that, the Yoddhas are languishing in the seventh position on the points table. Yoddhas would not only hope that Ashu continues his good run but that the team also move up in the points table.

Fazel Atrachali

Fazel missed the first couple of games for his side this season but since his comeback, Puneri Paltan's defence has got a massive boost. His presence on the mat is enough to send shock waves to opposition raiders but Fazel has accumulated 15 tackle points in five games at an average of three per game to establish himself as one of the strongest defenders this season. Pune would hope that their captain keeps the same form in the upcoming week.
