The 58th match of Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 will be played between U Mumba and Jaipur Pink Panthers at Dome by NSCI in Mumbai on January 6 at 8 pm.

After starting the season slowly the defending champions are back on track with three unbeaten legs of the caravan format in Pune, Chennai and Noida. They will look to continue it in Mumbai as well when they take on the home team U Mumba. Panthers’ Raiders have done the job to perfection with Arjun Deshwal scoring big, Ajit playing second fiddle, and Bhavani Rajput being a super-sub.

But it is the defense of the two-time champions that has stepped up massively. Sunil Kumar and Sahul, have one of the perfect combos. At the same time, Reza Mirbagheri has been the X-factor effecting super tackles and getting Raid points at crucial junctures like he did against Tamil Thalaivas. Jaipur will look to repeat it against a defensively strong U Mumba.

U Mumba always has been a side to watch out for in the Pro Kabaddi League. This year it was no different as the engineer behind the design of a strong squad is the Iranian Coach Gholamreza Mazandarani. The foundation of the squad was laid on the back of a strong defensive unit led by their usuals Surinder Singh and Rinku.

The addition of Mahendar Singh is the reinforcement that has strengthened the building. Mahender and Rinku have been primary contributors to the super tackles of the season. They will look to stop Arjun Deshwal and make a statement at home. The spotlight will be on Amirmohammed Zafardanesh who has taken the season by storm. The 20-year-old along with Guman Singh will handle the Raiding duties.
