PKL: Top five active players with most trophies

Fazel Atrachali tops the list with the most trophies.

Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) is an unforgiving competition that puts players under intense pressure. The secret to success is hard to find, and only a handful of players have managed to get their hands on the coveted trophy.

Over the past 12 seasons, the PKL has seen a handful of players not just win the competition once, but manage to secure the title multiple times. Some of the most notable players have won the Pro Kabaddi League title more than once, which justifies their quality.

It takes more than just raw talent to win the title more than once. Becoming a champion multiple times is a testament to a player’s determination and desire to be better than before.

Ashu Malik is currently one of the best raiders in PKL. He helped Dabang Delhi win their second trophy in Season 12. Most interestingly, he also won his first title with Delhi in Season 8. So far, he has scored 882 raid points in the Pro Kabaddi League.

4. Maninder Singh – (2 trophies)

Maninder Singh is one of the most lethal raiders to grace the Pro Kabaddi League. The ‘Mighty Mani’ helped the Jaipur Pink Panthers win the inaugural edition of the PKL in 2014 and then captained the Bengal Warriorz to the trophy in 2019.

He has scored 1568 raid points in the PKL, the second-highest total for an individual player.

3. Mohammadreza Shadloui – (2 trophies)

Mohammadreza Shadloui is a force of nature who has taken the Pro Kabaddi League by storm in the last two campaigns. He first tasted PKL success with Puneri Paltan in the 10th edition and then guided the Haryana Steelers to the title in the 11th edition.

The Iranian powerhouse has established himself as a strong tackler who also occasionally scores points in raids. Winning two titles in his first season in the PKL suggests he is on course to write his name in the history books and break more records.

2. Vijay Malik – (2 trophies)

Vijay Malik is one of the most prolific all-rounders that the Pro Kabaddi League has witnessed over the years. He has also won the league twice with Patna Pirates and Dabang Delhi. He played the 12th edition with the Telugu Titans, scoring 166 points, and led the team to the playoffs.

1. Fazel Atrachali – (3 trophies)
