Bengal Warriorz came into the PKL 11 as one of the favourites for the season as they made some impressive purchases in the auction. With Fazel Atrachalli, they have a leader par excellence who can gel any squad and guide them during the 40 minutes of the game. Not only as a skipper but also a defender he will be crucial to the team’s chances.

He showed it in the first PKL 11 game against the Pink Panthers with a High-5 and he will have to continue it against Yoddhas who will have the trio of Surender Gill, Bharat Hooda, and Bhavani Rajput who will be handling the raiding duties of the Yoddhas. They also have Nitesh Kumar, who spent six seasons with Yoddhas and was their former skipper.

Nitesh would like to prove a point to Jasveer Singh & Co. Also, Maninder Singh had a quiet day against Jaipur which resulted in them losing the PKL 11 game. The left raider would be eager to get his first Super 10 and also a win for the Warriorz in PKL 11. For Yoddhas, they want to keep their good habit of winning going having won two of two in the first week.

A point of focus for them would be to bring in consistency. The first PKL 11 game saw Sahul Kumar shine with a High-5 and he stumbled upon it in the second PKL 11 game. It was the other way around for Sumit Sangwan who scored nine tackle points in the second game.

The same story continued amongst the raiders as well with Bhavani Rajput doing well in the first game and Bharath Hooda racking up 14 points in the second PKL 11 game. The skipper Surender Gill would urge his teammates to bring in some consistency which will help in a long way in the PKL 11.
