KCL Haryana 2026: Gurugram Gurus, Hisar Heroes & Panipat Panthers register victory on Day 10

Gurugram Gurus register their first win of the season.

The points table is changing drastically every day in the Kabaddi Champions League (KCL Haryana). With the league stage nearing its end and only two matchdays remaining, the race for the playoffs has intensified. So far, only one team has confirmed its place in the knockout stage, while several others are still fighting for the remaining spots.

As the tournament approaches its business end, the competition has become tougher, producing high-intensity matches and plenty of entertainment for the fans. Day 10 of KCL Haryana featured another exciting triple-header. In the opening match, Karnal Kings took on the struggling Gurugram Gurus.

After that, Sonipat Stars faced the in-form Hisar Heroes. The day concluded with a blockbuster encounter, where Panipat Panthers battled against the table-toppers Rohtak Royals in a match that had major implications on the points table.

Results of Day 10

Karnal Kings vs Gurugram Gurus

In the first game of the day, the team from the upper half of the table, Karnal Kings, faced Gurugram Gurus, who had spent most of the tournament at the bottom of the standings and were still searching for their first win. The match turned out to be a slow, defence-oriented contest, with both sides relying heavily on do-or-die raids.

It was more of a tactical battle, where patience and strategy played a bigger role than aggressive raiding. By the end of the first half, there was nothing to separate the two teams, as the scoreline read 12–12. The second half followed a similar pattern, with neither side giving away easy points.

However, a crucial tackle at the right moment by Aman Lather shifted the momentum in favour of Gurugram Gurus. They eventually edged past Karnal Kings with a narrow 24–23 victory. Rahul Sethpal emerged as the hero for the Gurus, registering a High 5, as Gurugram finally secured their first win of the season and brought an end to their long losing streak.

Sonipat Stars vs Hisar Heroes

The second game of the day was played between Sonipat Stars and Hisar Heroes. The Stars began on a positive note, racing to a 5–1 lead in the opening minutes. However, the momentum didn’t last long as Ashu Malik-led Hisar Heroes staged a quick comeback and soon took complete control of the match.

By the end of the first half, Hisar had built a massive 14-point lead, with the scoreline reading 23–9. The dominance continued in the second half, as the Heroes maintained their intensity in both raiding and defence.

Sonipat Stars were never able to mount a serious comeback and struggled to close the gap. Hisar Heroes eventually sealed a convincing 40–26 victory. With this win, they moved to the top of the points table and became the first team to qualify for the semi-finals.

Panipat Panthers vs Rohtak Royals

The third and final game of the day was played between Panipat Panthers and Rohtak Royals. The Royals had entered the match as table toppers and had been in impressive form throughout the season, but the contest unfolded in a completely different manner.

Rohtak struggled badly and had no answers to the relentless raiding from the Panipat Panthers. Panthers took firm control in the first half itself, heading into the break with a commanding 26–15 lead. The dominance continued in the second half, as Panipat kept piling pressure with aggressive raids and sharp execution.

They eventually registered a thumping 53–35 victory. This defeat cost Rohtak Royals their top position on the points table. It was a raiding masterclass from Panipat, with both Meetu Sharma and Narender Kandola scoring Super 10s, while Meetu Sharma starred with a sensational 19 raid points.
