PKL 11: Bengal Warriorz full schedule for Pro Kabaddi League season 11

The balance of the team looks very good this time.

Bengal Warriorz, who had an amazing Auction in August to put a great team on paper would like to show it through performances as well when they take on Jaipur Pink Panthers in their first game of season 11 of the Pro Kabaddi League. They will take on the likes of U Mumba, Puneri Paltans, Haryana Steelers and Dabang Delhi KC in the Hyderabad leg.

All the four teams have strong a defense in their line-up. It will be a test for Maninder Singh, who will have to be leading the attack along with their retained raiders Nitin Kumar and Vishwas. It will be interesting to see how they use Arjun Rathi, an unknown raider for whom they splurged 41 lakhs in the auction and the exciting Taiwanese raider Chai-Ming Chang.

The season seven champions will play seven games each in Hyderabad and Noida leg. The second leg of the three-city caravan format will see the Bengal Warriorz squaring up Gujarat Giants and Patna Pirates twice. The men in blue have struggled against both these sides with a win percentage of 40 and 27 against them respectively.

Their new coach Prasanth Surve would be aware of it and would want to win games to get the momentum into the Pune leg. The Maninder led side will be happy to know that they will be playing the final game of the season and would know exactly what it takes to qualify if it gets down to the wire. The final leg will see them play eight games and with the likes of Fazel Atrachali and Nitesh Kumar bolstering their defense, they could very well play in the playoffs.
