Warriorz will kick off their PKL 11 campaign against Jaipur Pink Panthers.

A franchise going into an auction would like to execute their Plan A and if not they want to get their Plan B on display. Bengal Warriorz had a dream auction ahead of season 11 of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL 11) where they executed both their Plan A and B to build one of the strongest squads for the season.

From buying established and best defenders of the league to acquiring the services of unknown youngsters like Arjun Rathi who are touted to be the future stars, the season seven champions have assembled the squad to go all the way in the season. It will be interesting to see how they pick seven players from a squad full of talent.

While the problem of plenty is a good headache to have, fantasy players do have restrictions to pick solid picks that will help score maximum points. Here are three Bengal Warriorz who will be a great asset to your Dream11 fantasy team.

3. Nitesh Kumar

Nitesh Kumar has been one of the pioneers of UP Yoddhas ever since the team was launched in the PKL in 2017. But a couple of below-par seasons meant that he was released and Bengal Warriorz snapped him to strength to their defense. The right-corner defender rose to fame in season six when he became the first-ever defender to score 100 points.

A regular in the Indian side, Nitesh will add invaluable experience to the Warriorz set-up. There was pressure on him to carry the entire team in the last two seasons and the 27-year-old will be happy to be relieved after being picked by Bengal. If Nitesh could relive his old self then, both Bengal and the fantasy team with him would get points in a heap.

2. Maninder Singh

If someone talks about Bengal Warriorz, then he will have to mention Maninder Singh. The Mighty Mani has been on the mat since the inaugural edition when he was part of the winning Jaipur Pink Panthers. But PKL fans would associate the raider with Bengal. Such is his rapport with the franchise and the fans.

It was Mani and his brilliance in season seven that fetched them a long-due PKL title. Much like Nitesh, he has also been relieved of Captaincy as the franchise expects him to go full throttle against the opposition defenders. The 34-year-old would want to show that age is just a number and he would like to execute running hand touches and escape with power and vigor.

1. Fazel Atrachali

The most successful defender in the history of the Pro Kabaddi League found a new home in Bengal Warriorz for the upcoming season. The auction dynamics were such that Fazel Atrachali’s buy for 50 lakhs is regarded as the greatest steal of all time in PKL history. Having lifted the trophy twice and having led two more teams to finals, the Iranian will be a great asset to the team.

He also promised to be more aggressive in an exclusive interview with Khel Now which has excited the fans of Bengal Warriorz. The left corner has seen many great moments, thanks to the brilliance of Fazel Atrachali. Bengal Warriorz will be happy to have his services at the corner. With the quality he posses, every fantasy team would reserve a place for the Iranian as points are guaranteed from the two-time defender of the year.
