Delhi defeated Tamil Thalaivas in match 42 of PKL 11 by huge margin.

Dabang Delhi K.C. were at their fluent best in Pro Kabaddi 2024 (PKL 11) as they brushed away the Tamil Thalaivas, winning the game with a scoreline of 39-26 at the GMCB Indoor Stadium. It was a ruthless defensive effort from Dabang Delhi K.C., with both Yogesh and Ashish Malik recording High 5s, while Ashu Malik continued his exceptional form to record yet another Super 10 in PKL 11.

The defensive units were dominant in the opening exchanges, making it a toe-to-toe contest. Yogesh, Ashish Malik, and the rest of the Dabang Delhi K.C. defense remained disciplined, ensuring their team held a slender two-point lead after Narender Kandola and Ashu Malik were the only raiders to score a couple of points each in the first 10 minutes of PKL 11.

Moein Shafagi leveled things for the Tamil Thalaivas with a two-point raid. After a slow start, Sachin Tanwar seemed to find his rhythm, giving his team a brief two-point lead. However, the momentum didn’t last as Yogesh executed a Super Tackle on Sachin, putting Dabang Delhi K.C. back in the lead.

Capitalizing on that momentum, Yogesh completed his High 5, including two Super Tackles, and increased the lead to four points, keeping Dabang Delhi K.C. firmly in control as PKL 11 progressed. Manu then executed a superb two-point raid to end the half, with the score at 16-10.

Dabang Delhi K.C. extended their lead to 10 points quickly after the break as Sachin conceded an ALL OUT to Ashu Malik. The captain recorded another Super 10, his 8th in 9 games this season, ensuring his team kept the Tamil Thalaivas at bay in this PKL 11 showdown.

Ashish Malik became the second defender for Dabang Delhi K.C. to pick up a High 5 as the Season 8 champions maintained relentless pressure, especially on the defensive end. In the end, it was a comfortable 13-point win for Dabang Delhi K.C. as they secured their fourth victory of PKL 11.
