U Mumba are set to take on Bengal Warriorz in the 17th match of the Pro Kabaddi League Season 11 (PKL 11), at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad. This match is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 26 at 8:00 pm, i.e. this will be the first match of the doubleheader.

Both teams have started their campaigns identically, with a defeat in the opener followed by a victory in the second match. The Warriorz suffered a 34-39 defeat against the Jaipur Pink Panthers, before defeating the UP Yoddhas 32-29 on Thursday. While the defence did struggle a bit, the entire raiding department fired as a unit. Maninder Singh scored eight points, and Nitin Kumar and debutant Sushil Kambrekar scored seven each.

On the other hand, U Mumba registered their first win of their campaign, defeating Gujarat Giants 33-27, after having lost to Dabang Delhi 28-36. In stark contrast to their opening match, the raiders weren’t at their best against the Giants, but the defenders were absolutely on fire. The season two champions scored a total of twelve tackle points, committing only six unsuccessful tackles, in their second match of the competition.

Pawan Sehrawat-led Telugu Titans will take on Dabang Delhi KC in Pro Kabaddi League season 11 at Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad on October 26 as the teams look to return to winning ways in PKL 11.

Telugu Titans kicked off their PKL 11 with a 37-29 point win over Pardeep Narwal’s Bengaluru Bulls. However, things went wayward after that. They succumbed to two consecutive losses, one against Tamil Thalaivas and a 30-run loss to Jaipur Pink Panthers.

On the other hand, Dabang Delhi KC had a mixed start to their PKL 11 campaign. They won the PKL 11 opener against U Mumba by 8 points. However, they lost their second game to UP Yoddhas by just 5 points. Now both the teams will look to get back to winning ways in PKL 11.
