We are well into week two of Pro Kabaddi League season 11 (PKL 11) and three-time champions Patna Pirates will kick off the week when they take on Tamil Thalaivas in the Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad.

This will be the second game of three-time champions in the PKL 11 and they have not made the start to the season that intended to. The Narender Redu-coached outfit lost their PKL 11 opening encounter 40-25 to defending champions Puneri Paltan.

On the other hand, Tamil Thalaivas are coming into the PKL 11 game following two stellar wins. They kicked off PKL 11 with a 44-29 win over Telugu Titans. The Sagar Rathee-led team followed it up with a 5-point win over Puneri Paltan. However, captain Sagar Rathee has missed the game because of an injury and might be out for two weeks.

The second week of Pro Kabaddi League season 11 is here and in an exciting encounter at the Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad defending champions Puneri Paltan will take on Bengaluru Bulls. Both the teams are coming off losses and will look to change that.

Puneri Paltan made a great start to PKL 11 with a stellar 40-25 win over PKL 10 runners Haryana Steelers in a replay of last season’s finals. They followed it up with a win over three-time champions Patna Pirates by the same margin.

However, in the last match, they were held to a 5-point loss by the Tamil Thalaivas. Thus, the Aslam Inamdar-led outfit will look to bounce back to their winning ways in PKL 11.

On the other hand, Pardeep Narwal-led Bengaluru Bulls had the most adverse start to the PKL 11 season. The team has lost three consecutive games against Gujarat Giants, Telugu Titans and lastly UP Yoddhas. The ‘Dubki’ has regained his form, racking up 16 points against UP Yoddhas, but the team has not clicked as a unit. However, the Rnadhir Singh Sehrawat-coached outfit will look to register their first points of the PKL 11 against Puneri Paltan.
