PKL 12: BC Ramesh provides major update on Aashish Malik's injury

Bengaluru Bulls registered their third consecutive win in PKL 12 by thrashing Jaipur Pink Panthers.

Bengaluru Bulls stunned Jaipur Pink Panthers in the opening game of the Jaipur leg of Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 (PKL 12) with a match-winning performance.

The Bulls have well and truly arrived and are looking like one of the best sides in the league so far. With three wins in three games, Bengaluru Bulls are flying high and can take down anyone who comes in their way. Alireza Mirzaian has looked in top form and has been leading the line with perfection for the Bulls.

Jaipur Pink Panthers head coach Narender Kumar Redhu shared his thoughts on the game and said, “We started well and the match was in our favor, but then the super tackles happened, and from there the match went away, and we could not recover those points. The situation could not be solved, and because of that, we lost the match.”

Head coach Narender Kumar Redhu spoke about his thoughts ahead of the next game and said, “We won’t change the team, but we will make a plan as per the situation of the opposing team and will also show you a good match. The strategy that we made failed, but this will not happen in the next match; we will perform better and will play with a better strategy.”

Narender Kumar Redhu urged the fans to come to the stadium and support the team. “Jaipur Pink Panthers have a huge support base here, so defeating them in their home ground is a big thing. Our defenders and raiders both played well and won the match, and our entire team is happy today,” he added.

On Aashish Malik’s injury

BC Ramesh gave us an update about Aashish Malik’s injury and said, “We were very dependent on Ashish Malik. He is a talented player. He also has the potential to become a big player in the future. We were all talking about it. He has all the skills to earn bonuses, get touch points, and so much more.”

“It is difficult to find such a player. It is a matter of sadness for us also that he is injured. May God not give him any serious injury. If he comes back and plays for Bengaluru Bulls, then we will also be happy,” he added.
