It’s the second day of the Chennai leg of Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 (PKL 12), and it will be a battle of old foes as three-time champions Patna Pirates take on Telugu Titans, the only team from the original eight franchises that are yet to win the PKL title.

Telugu Titans seemed to have cracked a reliable winning combination. They might not be the strongest side on paper, but they could get the job done with strategies and senior players stepping up.

On the other hand, the Patna Pirates have had a disappointing season, languishing at the bottom of the standings. Both teams would want to start their Chennai campaign with a win.

Puneri Paltan have been stunning this season. They have showcased complete performances and dominated their opponents despite not having any big-name players on their side. The Paltan have won six out of nine matches.

It might seem easier on paper, but it will be difficult for the Paltan, with Devank Dalal and Ashish Malik in a fierce form for Bengal Warriorz.
