PKL 12 Playoffs: Which four teams are in best place to qualify?

The battle for PKL 12 Playoffs is getting very exciting.
Three legs of Pro Kabaddi League 12 (PKL 12) are over, and the final leg is underway in Delhi. The Thyagaraj Stadium is set to become the center of Kabaddi action, hosting not only the final league stage games but also the entire PKL 12 Playoffs.
The league’s organizers confirmed that the new Play-ins will begin on Friday, October 25, followed by the playoffs on Sunday, October 26, and culminating in the Grand Finale on Friday, October 31.
This season’s new format, in which eight teams advance to the next round, has left the competition wide open. However, as the final leg begins, a few teams have broken away from the pack. Two teams have made it to the top four so far.

Dabang Delhi and Puneri Paltan have secured their place in the top four. On that note, let’s take a look at Khel Now’s predicted top four teams for the PKL 12 playoffs, which will be played in Delhi.
4. Bengaluru Bulls
Bengaluru Bulls are currently placed fourth in the points table. Following a poor start and a change in captaincy, coach BC Ramesh made the audacious decision to trust his young players.
He handed over the captaincy to young defender Yogesh Dahiya and gave ample opportunities to unproven players like Deepak Sankar and Iranian star Alireza.
The gamble paid off handsomely. What this new-look Bulls team lacks in experience, it makes up for with a wealth of world-class talent and fearless energy. With one of the best score differences and four games left, they are in control and have a golden opportunity to secure their spot in the playoffs.
3. Telugu Titans
This year, the Telugu Titans approached the auction with a different mindset, wisely opting to build a cohesive unit rather than simply pursuing star players. This strategy has paid off spectacularly.
The team has performed commendably under the guidance of coach Krishan Kumar Hooda. Bharat Hooda is demonstrating his brilliance match after match, and he has formed a devastating raiding partnership with captain Vijay Malik that has dismantled defenses across the league.
Telugu Titans are undoubtedly the team with the most momentum heading into the final leg. After a steady start to the season, they have gone on a five-match winning streak.
This incredible streak has propelled them to third place, with 16 points and a score difference of +49. The Titans are no longer just a playoff contender; they are now vying for a top-two finish.
2. Dabang Delhi

Dabang Delhi have officially secured their place in the top 4 of PKL 2025. They have set the standard with an incredible 12 wins in 15 matches, 24 points, and the league’s best score difference of +77.
Delhi have been nearly unstoppable, thanks to their sensational raider and captain, Ashu Malik. Playing the final leg and playoffs at their home stadium, Thyagaraj Stadium, gives them a significant psychological advantage.
Many people wrote off veteran legends Fazel Atrachali and Surjeet Singh, the league’s all-time top two tackle point scorers, before the season even started. The duo has proven their critics wrong by turning back the clock with masterclass after masterclass in defense.
Their unparalleled experience and formidable presence have provided the stability and fear factor that has allowed their raiders to play freely. That’s why Delhi are the favourites to secure a place in the top 2.
1. Puneri Paltan

Puneri Paltan‘s campaign has been built on the league’s best defense, as evidenced by the numbers. While their defenders have strangled opposing raiders, their own raiding unit has wreaked havoc.
After years with the franchise, Aditya Shinde is finally coming into his own and having a fantastic breakout season. He is well-supported by the crafty Pankaj Mohite and the inspirational Captain Aslam Inamdar.
Puneri Paltan are comfortably sitting at the top with 24 points; they secured their place in the top 4 of the season. They have won 12 of their 15 matches, and their dominance is reflected in their stellar score difference of +84.
Puneri have been one of the most balanced and difficult teams to break down this season. Their primary goal in the Delhi leg will be to maintain their position. Securing a top-two finish would give them a direct path to the semi-finals, a significant advantage in the high-stakes playoff setting.
When is the PKL 12 final?
