PKL 12: Tamil Thalaivas full squad list ft. Pawan Sehrawat

Tamil Thalaivas stole the show with two stellar buys, Pawan Sehrawat & Arjun Deshwal.
Tamil Thalaivas stole the spotlight of the auction weekend ahead of the season 12 of the Pro Kabaddi League. The men in yellow made the headlines as they bought two of the biggest stars of PKL.
They started with a steal of a buy, bagging the Indian skipper Pawan Sehrawat at just 59.50 lakhs. While many thought the team would be concentrating on buying the defenders, they threw a surprise.
Coach Sanjeev Baliyan wanted to continue his partnership with the Raid Machine, Arjun Deshwal. They spent 1.405 cr when they had a remaining purse value of just 1.595 cr. These two teams have strengthened their raiding unit as they will join the likes of Narender Kandola and Moein Shafaghi, who were retained ahead of the auction.
Sagar Rathee will lead the defence at the right corner and season 11’s best defender, Nitesh Kumar, at the left corner. Tamil Thalaivas added a few reinforcements for their defensive unit in the auction with the buys of Iranian Alireza Khalili and Mohit Khaler, who have been impressive in the three seasons he has played in PKL.
Both are additions to their stronger corner duo, the worry will be about the cover positions. Tamil Thalaivas retained a few covers from last year with Aashish and Ronak guarding the left and right cover, respectively. It will be interesting to see if these can step up amidst the stars in the squad. Those passionate fans deserved a PKL trophy, and they look forward to the season ahead.
