PKL 12: Arjun Deshwal speaks about the clash against Bengaluru Bulls

Tamil Thalaivas registered their second win in PKL 12 by thrashing Bengal Warriorz.
Under the leadership of Arjun Deshwal, Tamil Thalaivas stunned Bengal Warriorz with a dominant display in the second leg of Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 (PKL 12). With this, Bengal lost their fourth consecutive match. The Warriorz now find themselves in a dire situation where nothing is working.
Devank Dalal is scoring points on his own, but is unable to make his team win. After this win, the Thalaivas jumped to the 6th position while the Warriorz remained at the bottom of the table.
After the game, representatives from both teams addressed the media.

Thoughts ahead of the next game
Bengal Warriorz head coach Naveen Kumar shared his thoughts ahead of the next game and said, “We will prepare for UP Yoddhas tomorrow, and we will do well.”
“This is a new team, and many players are new. Today, many defenders played their first PKL match, and they performed well. They did not get scattered too much, and in the next game we will play with a little more aggressiveness and will play well,” he added.

Thoughts on the win
Tamil Thalaivas captain Arjun Deshwal opened up about his thoughts on the game and said, “There was no pressure at all because the league has just started, and all the teams are moving up and down in the table. We lost both matches due to our mistakes.”
“But Coach Sahab told us to leave all our mistakes in Vizag itself. We have come with the mindset that we have to perform very well. So today the whole team played according to the plan that they had come up with,” he added.
Thoughts on the Bengaluru Bulls
Arjun Deshwal spoke about the Bengaluru Bulls ahead of their next game and said, “Their team is new and they have won the last three matches, including today. So, they are high on confidence. Today, our team did exactly what they were told. I am happy with the team’s performance. Now we will face Bengaluru Bulls on the 16th. So we will see ours and theirs mistakes, and only time will tell what happens.”
