On the other hand, Puneri Paltan are second in the points table with 14 points and a score difference of 56 from 10 encounters. They have registered seven wins and three losses so far this season.

The PKL Season 10 champions began their Chennai leg campaign with a 49-44 win over the Bengal Warriorz, with Aditya Shinde being the top performer.

The raider earned 18 points (13 touch points and five bonus points) from a total of 18 raids. Raider Pankaj Mohite added 10 points to the team’s tally, while skipper Aslam Inamdar bagged seven points.

“Aslam will be sitting out tonight’s clash against Bengaluru Bulls as he’s unwell,” the social media post read.

“Pankaj will take charge as captain for this match,” the captain of the post added.

Aslam has earned 47 points (36 raid points and 11 tackle points) in 10 encounters so far in the ongoing edition of the Pro Kabaddi League.

He has been a vital cog for the Pune-based franchise, and they will surely miss his services in tonight’s match. Aslam has one Super Raid, a Super 10, and 2 Super Tackles to his name and 26 tackles.
