Mohammadreza has been great for Patna Pirates, says Ram Mehar Singh

Patna Pirates put up a great show against the Bengal Warriors, which saw them complete the double over the defending champions in Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 8. It was a complete all-round performance from the three-time champions, as they dismantled Bengal Warriors.
Top Individual performances from Sachin, Guman Singh and Mohammadreza Shadloui Chianeh helped Patna Pirates move to the top of the table. After the match, head coach Ram Mehar Singh and player Sachin Tanwar spoke to the media and shared their thoughts on the game.
The Pirates have been the best defensive side in the league so far. Ram Mehar Singh was asked about the formula of his side’s consistency. He replied, “If the defence gives its best, the team will naturally win, that’s my experience. We controlled the opposition raiders and that’s why we won.”
Mohammadreza has been a sensation for Patna Pirates in PKL Season 8. He has recorded 57 tackle points, including six 'high-five' in the league this season. The head coach shared his thoughts on his star player and said, “He understands and we tell him to give his best. If he controls himself, he gives his best. It’s his first season and according to me he’s doing great. We have more expectations from him for the future.”
Sachin Tanwar praises team
Youngster Sachin Tanwar got 11 raid points in his side’s victory against Bengal Warriors. He hinted about the positive mood in the camp. Sachin said, “Team's mood is very good. We practiced for four hours on and off the court, improving our mistakes from last season. It feels great to learn from our mistakes.”
He further shed some light on Patna Pirates’ aspirations this season. Sachin remarked that the Pirates want to be at the top of the table, as that will allow them to directly book a spot in the semi-finals. “We want to be at the top of the table because we directly want to play in the semi-final,” he asserted.
