Dabang Delhi holds the top spot at the end of Day 27 of PKL 12.

After a series of defeats and unsuccessful results, the Gujarat Giants finally returned to winning ways in Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 (PKL 12). The Giants defeated UP Yoddhas to secure only their second win in PKL 12.

Ankit Dahiya and Mohammadreza Shadloui led the charge for the Gujarat Giants and accumulated 16 points combined, while Rakesh Sungroya scored six points. Bhavani Rajput was the best player for the UP Yoddhas with eight points.

The second game was probably one of the most entertaining clashes in the league. Table-toppers Dabang Delhi took on the defending champions Haryana Steelers in a battle of the giants.

Delhi emerged victorious by a single point in what was a high-scoring encounter. Ashu Malik scored 15 points up front and took his side home. Vinay was the best player for the Steelers with 18 points.

Dabang Delhi strengthened their lead at the top spot with 16 points, while Puneri Paltan held the second position with twelve points. Haryana Steelers remained in third spot with 12 points.

Telugu Titans continue to sit in fourth position with 10 points. Jaipur Pink Panthers stayed at the fifth position with ten points, and Bengaluru Bulls completed the top six with ten points. 

UP Yoddhas have maintained their place in seventh position with eight points. Tamil Thalaivas stuck to the eighth spot with as many points.

U Mumba remained at the ninth position with eight points, followed by the Bengal Warriorz at the tenth position with six points. The eleventh and twelfth positions are held by Patna Pirates and Gujarat Giants, respectively.

Top five raiders after Match 54 of PKL 12:

Devank Dalal leads the pack with 131 raid points. Ashu Malik has reclaimed the second position with 121 raid points, while Nitin Dhankar has been relegated to third with 109 raid points. Arjun Deshwal continues to sit in the fourth position with 94 points, while Ayan Lohchab completes the top five with 91 raid points.

Sumit Sangwan is back at the top of the list with 33 tackle points, while Nitesh Kumar drops down to second with 33 tackle points. Jaideep Dahiya has been promoted to third with 31 tackle points.

Gaurav Khatri has been relegated to the fourth spot with 30 tackle points. Ashish Malik is now ranked fifth with 28 tackle points.
