WWE star CM Punk weighs in on upcoming Ronda Rousey vs Gina Carano MMA fight on Netflix

CM Punk will tune in on May 16 to watch Netflix’s first MMA event.
Following the announcement of a fight between two of the biggest names in women’s MMA, Ronda Rousey and Gina Carano, the sports world has expressed excitement, as the matchup has quickly become a hot topic among fans, with both veterans set to return after a long absence.
WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk also weighed in on the matchup in a recent conversation with talkSPORT, expressing his excitement and saying he believes fans will find out if Ronda Rousey still has it. He added that he plans to tune in to watch the fight on May 16.
Punk, who went 0–2 during his stint in UFC while on hiatus from pro wrestling, also joked that he’s offering his take as a so-called expert.
“I think it’s great. We’re going to find out if she’s still got it. Um, I think fighting at an older age, trust me, I am an expert on this.
It’s not the easiest thing to do, but she’s fighting somebody who’s like age comparable, who also has had a long layoff. Both big names, both big superstars. I think people are going to tune in to watch this, and I know I will.”
