Sarthak Chavan becomes first Indian to achieve podium finishes at FIM Asia Road Racing Championship 2024
He clinched third place in Race 1 and an impressive second place in Race 2.
Sarthak Chavan, the rising star of Indian Motorsports and a proud racer of the TVS Racing Team, has written his name in the history books. He clinched third place in Race 1 and an impressive second place in Race 2 at Round 1 of the TVS One Make Championship, a category in the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship 2024 in Thailand. He also became the first Indian to achieve this feat in the respective racing category.
Speaking of his remarkable achievement, Sarthak shared his racing experience and expressed his gratitude to TVS and his coach. “Despite the intense competition and challenging race conditions I encountered. It was an incredible feeling to achieve my debut podium finishes.
“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sir Amol Talpade and the entire TVS team for their unwavering support and belief in my abilities, driving me to unleash my full potential on the racetrack,” said Sarthak Chavan.

The Indian Racer is focused on the upcoming races of the TVS One Make Championship – FIM ARRC 2024. With Round 2 scheduled at the Zhuhai International Circuit in China from April 19th to 21st, followed by races in Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, Sarthak is poised to continue his stellar performance and make his mark on the global racing circuit.
