Myanmar coach Gerd Zeise did not seem too amazed with his team's performance following the 2-2 draw against India in the AFC Asian Cup Qualifier played at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Goa on Tuesday after his team let a vital two points slip.
Speaking to the media in the post-match conference, Zeise said,"When you are too weak to score the second goal in the second minute this what happens. My strikers were too weak. Then its over. 2-0 and India can never come back. Finally, India played better. We also had some chances."

They are not fit for 90 minutes [that is not my fault]. They are not fresh enough, quick enough to play the full 90 minutes. But first 20-30 minutes we defended and attacked well, we were not that bad."
The Myanmar gaffer also wasn't surprised by India's tactics. "No, I was not surprised. If after 15 seconds you score a goal, they must come back and they came back very well."
