Niko Kovac rules out punishment over Robert Lewandowski and Kingsley Coman tussle

The duo were involved in a tussle at training ahead of Bayern's next Bundesliga fixture against Fortuna Dusseldorf.
Bayern Munich boss, Niko Kovac who recently confirmed that star players Robert Lewandowski and Kingsley Coman were involved in a fistfight during training, also revealed that the duo will not face any punishment for their wrongdoing.
Kovac agreed on the matter as the duo were involved in a tussle at training ahead of Bayern's next Bundesliga fixture against Fortuna Dusseldorf as the Croatian tactician claimed it to be a heat of the moment incident during the high intensity that the players share in training.
The players have apologised to the boss and hence Kovac came to his decision of not punishing them for their mistake.
"There was an act of violence between two players who have been named," said Kovac. "After training the three of us talked about it."They both apologised for their behaviour. They are very sorry that it happened.
"And that's why there is nothing to add and there will be no monetary penalty because the boys are insightful.
"This is very important. And now the matter is closed."
