The Los Blancos created a host of chances, but lack of a goalscorer and the presence of Marc-André ter Stegen won the game for their arch-rivals.

The road to a possible treble is still open for Ernesto Valverde and Barcelona. While the gates have closed for Real Madrid after a 0-3 rout at the hands of the Catalan outfit in Copa Del Rey second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu. After the loss, one thing was clear that Real Madrid don't have a goal scorer this season.

After dominating the entire game in every aspect, the capital club couldn't handle the pressure put in by a resurgent Luis Suarez. After the match, Casemiro was asked if his team missed Cristiano Ronaldo, to which he replied, "We cannot talk about a player who is not here."

Madrid's performance proved that Cristiano Ronaldo is missed. The Portuguese who departed for Juventus after last season, scored a bulk of Los Blancos' goals during his tenure in Spain. Against Barcelona, Real Madrid created a host of chances, but the lack of a goalscorer and the presence of Marc-André ter Stegen won the game for their arch-rivals. Also, Suarez put in an amazing performance, covering up a silent display by Lionel Messi.

The Brazilian defensive midfielder said, "A week ago we talked about [Karim] Benzema being the best nine, Vinicius, Lucas [Vazquez]...we cannot talk about Cristiano because he's not a Madrid player. We missed a goal, but the top players are doing everything very well, especially Karim, who is making his best season at Madrid."
