Former Bulgarian footballer Dimitar Berbatov has expressed the brilliance of some of his goals for Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, and AS Monaco in some amazing, abusive posts on Instagram.
Talking about team strategy and tactics, the 37-year old talked about some of his exquisite goals during his time in England and France via some hilarious, indie rock-type commentary. The posts seem to have gone down well with fans too, as they have notched up a range of hits, likes and comments on Instagram.
In one of the posts, while describing his last-gasp winner against Bolton for Manchester, he said, "Now this goal is very important. As you can see it is the last minute of the game so then we score and get three points. But in that game we did not play well, everything was shit for us. We did not play good. So many mistakes. Bolton was kicking the s**t out of us, nothing was happening and that's why we celebrated so hard. We knew we had one chance and we scored one goal. And you can see Sir Alex clapping 'Yeaaaaaa' Berba scored, three points. When Giggsy passed the ball to Carlos, it wasn't easy. He was between two defenders. They were so concentrated on getting the ball from him that they lost the ball from him. And I was like cross the fucking ball Carlos. And he timed the ball. He crossed past Gary Cahill and I scored."
In one of the clips, he describes a cool strike for Spurs by stating, "I don't know why this video is in black and white...I'm not that f***ing old. For f***'s sake."
