Let's take a look at how the Indian players performed.
FC Goa
Mohammed Nawaz- 6.0
The young shot-stopper was efficient and had a decent outing. He pulled off decent saves but could have done nothing to prevent the two goals.
Seriton Fernandes- 5.5
The local lad had a decent performance as he managed to shut out the Bengaluru threat. However, one momentary mistake from him allowed Sunil Chhetri to sneak in and score the winner.
Mohamed Ali- 3.5
The defender was reckless during several occasions and got a deserved booking late in the first half for a harsh tackle. The yellow turned into a red early in the second half for a blatant handball in the final third. A disastrous performance from the Gaur centre-back.
Brandon Fernandes- 6.5
The local lad was largely invisible during the majority of the game and failed to make any notable contributions. However, he was in the right place when required, slotting in the equaliser for the Gaurs. His creative spark was missing throughout the game.
Lenny Rodrigues- 6.0
Lenny was at the thick of things throughout the match but failed to provide any impact with his creativity from the midfield. His influence on the attack was subdued successfully by the Bengaluru midfield. The Goan finished with a passing accuracy of 77% for the match.
Jackichand Singh- 6.5
Jackichand was a constant threat for the Gaurs, with his energy and skill. However, the lack of support for him allowed the Blues to comfortably deal with his threat. He failed to exert any major influence in the first half but it was his splendid run that helped create the goal for FC Goa.
Substitutes

The striker was put in to make an impact but failed to do so. He got a chance to equalise towards the end of the game but placed the shot agonizingly wide off the goal.

Bengaluru FC
Gurpreet Singh Sandhu- 7.0
The Wall of Bengaluru put in a solid performance in the first half. He pulled off a stunning save to deny Hugo Boumous the potential opener and also swept behind the defense successfully on several occasions.
Rahul Bheke- 8.5
The right-back put forth a sensational performance on both sides of the field. Rahul was solid defensively limiting the influence of Goa’s feared attack. He also scored the opener for the Blues with a clever finish in the 34th minute. He could have gotten a second in the first half itself but his shot struck the upright and went out.
Nishu Kumar - 7.0
Nishu brought over the good form from his goalscoring exploits for the national side with a fine performance. His solidity in defense and constant threat in attack kept the Goan players on their toes
Harmanjot Khabra- 7.0
The midfielder had a commendable performance. His presence in front of the defensive line helped neutralize the threat from FC Goa’s fierce attack. He even managed to control the midfield after the sending off of Dimas Delgado. However, his needless ball retention resulted in the equalising goal.
Sunil Chhetri - 8.0
The talismanic striker was at his natural best. Despite getting only a few chances at goal, the Indian captain managed to score Bengaluru FC’s second goal. The skipper was energetic throughout the 90 minutes, pressing at high pace and making constant runs in attack.
Udanta Singh- 7.5
The Manipuri winger was a major part of the offense for the Blues throughout the game and his constant crossing was a major threat to the Goan defense. His hard work finally bore fruit when his cross found Sunil Chhetri for the winner for his side. A commendable performance from the former Mumbai City player.
Substitutes
Semboi Haokip- 5.0
The Manipuri lad was brought in during the middle of the second half and was a major part in the build-up to the winner.
Kean Lewis- N/A
The former Pune City player replaced Udanta Singh in the dying minutes but couldn't make any significant impact.
