You pay me, and I leave- Sergio Ramos tells Florentino Perez
The Los Blancos are currently in a dire need of new motivation since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane.
Well, the chaos just doesn't seem to end in the Santiago Bernabeu, this season! First the Copa del Rey, now the UEFA Champions League, and 12 points behind LaLiga leaders Barcelona, the Los Blancos are realistically out of contention for any title this season; a stark contrast to past few campaigns.
Now according to AS, club skipper Sergio Ramos was involved in a bust-up with president Florentino Perez, after the loss to Ajax in the Champions League. Reportedly, the Spaniard told Perez that he is happy to leave the club.
"Perfect, you pay me and I leave. I have given everything and I have broken my face for this shield, for this club and even for you," said the former Sevilla man reportedly. The 32-year-old allegedly blamed Perez for the club's poor form, after the management failed to replace the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane.
