The France national team manager has again suggested the prospect of Paul Pogba leaving Manchester United.

Manchester United are in trouble nowadays, there are controversies regarding each aspect of the club. The players, the manager and the administration are all in the heated surroundings. Adding fuel to the fire, the FIFA World Cup winning coach Didier Deschamps has said that Manchester United could lose their star player Paul Pogba.

"All of Manchester United are in trouble. Pogba is still the same and is one of the best midfielders in the world," Deschamps told Gazzetta Dello Sport.

"However, I'll never comment on relationships between players and coaches," said Didier on tensions between Pogba and United boss Jose Mourinho. Pogba, on the other hand, has been furiously linked with a return to Turin based club Juventus where he spent the four years between his two Manchester United stints.

Pogba returned to Manchester United in 2016 for a then-record singing £89.3m and now Deschamps suggested the prospect of him leaving once again for Juventus.

"Dreams are a part of life," Didier added. "Maybe the fans hadn't dreamed of Cristiano Ronaldo, who ended up signing. Sometimes dreams come true, but compared to a few years ago it would cost Juve a lot more to buy Pogba now."

Deschamps managed Juventus in 2006-07, the infamous season of playing the second tie Italian league amid a match-fixing scandal. He was there for a brief period of five years till 1999.

"Today's Juve is as strong the one with which I won the Champions League in 1996," said the 49-year-old of the Italian champions' last European triumph.

"The difference is also down to details. This Juventus has the means to be among the favourites. Cristiano Ronaldo makes Champions League victory almost obligatory. With him, Juventus have guaranteed a player who can be decisive in important moments. He is a great professional," Deschamps said.

Deschamps, meanwhile, said he was happy coaching France but believes former France and Juventus teammate Zinedine Zidane could return to Italy having left Real Madrid last summer.

"That position is already occupied by a great coach like (Massimilano) Allegri, who is doing a great job," said Deschamps.

"Maybe Zidane, with his Bianconero past like mine, will have his chance. We'll see."

It will be a dream come true for the Old Lady fans to see the midfield boss playing the striped black and white jersey again, that too in the presence of 5-time Ballon d'Or winner Ronaldo and his old attacking partner Paulo Dybala.
