Gary Neville hops in to slam United board, says manager not at fault

The former Red Devils great has insisted that the club's downfall has to do more with the administration than the manager.
Manchester United have recorded their worst ever start to a season in nearly three decades and with West Ham's loss last weekend, things have a taken a new turn in this abysmal phase surrounding the club. The controversy of a rift between Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho has been around United since long, with many singling out Jose for every negative at the club. But Gary Neville has come up to support the manager.
This mess started when United sacked David Moyes after 8 months and we lost all sense of the values that the club had been built on for 100 years . It’s not the manager it’s the lack of football leadership above him. They are bouncing all over the place with no plan!

United are at the middle of the table - nine points behind the league-leading cross-city rivals Manchester City.
And after Ernest Mangnall, between 1914- Sir Matt’s appointment we had 5 managers (either side of two world wars) . Sir Matt’s and Sir Alex’s longevity and success has blinded us to think we aren’t a sacking club.

Neville, on the other hand, faced a bit of challenge on his statement over the club's legacy. Fans on Twitter came onto him regarding the same.
The whole club has become toxic from top to bottom, all because of Glazers and especially Woodward. Complete mess. My belief is that Jose has completely lost the team, and the last 3 games have been shocking. That being said if Jose could not re-shape our club, who will? Tough.
